Relationship Journaling Prompts for the Full Moon

Happy Full Moon! 🌕✨

One of the practices I incorporated into my life many years ago is tracking the moon.

I’ve found this helps me connect to my feminine energy as I tune into the ever-changing cycles of the moon's energy.

Because today is a Super Full Moon, I’d like to share how you can start using this practice as well.

A “Super Full Moon” basically means that the moon is closer in proximity to the Earth during this time, making it appear much bigger and brighter in the sky than usual.

This means the energy it holds is amplified as well, making it an ideal time to put action behind your full moon manifestations.

On August 1st, 2023, the Super Full Moon was in Capricorn — providing a gentle push outside your comfort zone and inviting you to take a bold stance.

Capricorn is a sign that prides itself on putting in the work, so it’s a great time to reevaluate your priorities and where your energy is going.

That Full Moon was associated with power, alignment, and transformation — making it a perfect time to tap into this energy and make something magical happen! 🪄🔮

What is so special about today’s (August 30th, 2023) Full Moon is that it’s the second one in the same month, making it a Super Blue Moon.

Today’s Blue Moon is in Pisces, which makes it a great time to connect to your intuition and desires.

But no matter what full moon it is today, the following journaling prompt will be helpful for you and your relationships.

Begin reflecting on what type of impact this energy could have on your relationships.

This evening, I invite you to step outside and take in the beautiful moon, then find a cozy spot in our home to settle in, play some music, or do a meditation and dive into these Journaling Prompts.
